Chandigarh, September 7, 2026: Punjab Governor and Administrator of Union Territory Chandigarh, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, administered the oath of office to Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra as the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
The oath-taking ceremony was held at Punjab Lok Bhavan, Chandigarh, on September 7, 2026.
Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra has assumed charge as the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court following the formal oath ceremony administered by Punjab Governor Shri Gulab Chand Kataria.
