We can never forget the martyrdom of martyrs: Manpreet Singh Badal

On the occasion of 74th Independence Day, Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal unfurls National Tricolor

On the occasion of 74th Independence Day of the country, Finance Minister Punjab, Sh. Mr. Manpreet Singh Badal hoisted the National Tricolor Flag at the Hockey Stadium at Government Rajindra College. Then he saluted the Punjab Police contingent and wished the people present there a happy Independence Day. On this occasion he was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Bathinda Mr. B. Srinivasan and Inspector General Mr. Jaskaran Singh and District Police Chief S. Bhupinder Jeet Singh Virk was especially present.

On the occasion, the Finance Minister recalled the great warriors who had sacrificed their lives and made invaluable contribution in the freedom struggle. Mr. Badal said that we got this freedom after a very long time.Freedom We did not get peanuts or rhubarb.In return, many great heroes had to be martyred. He also reminded that every drop of blood shed by the valiant warriors can never be forgotten.That is why today we are enjoying the cold winds of freedom.On this occasion, S. Mr. Badal also said that due to these martyrs we were breathing in free Fiza and the people of our country could never repay the debt of our martyrs.After this S. Mr. Badal gave green signal to the Advanced Life Spot (ALS) Ambulance.

After this the chief guest from the district administration. Manpreet Singh Badal was also specially honored. On this occasion the Chairman of Town Improvement Trust Shri K.K. Agarwal, Chairman Market Committee Mr. Mohan Lal Jhumba, Mr. Arun Wadhawan, Mr. Khushbaj Singh Jatana, Mr. Pawan Mani,Apart from Mr. Anil Bhola, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Mr. Mr. Rajdeep Singh Brar, Assistant Commissioner General Madam Maninderjit Kaur, Tehsildar Bathinda Mr. Sukhbir Singh Brar besides officers and staff of Civil and Police Department were present.
