 DEPUTY COMMISSIONER GETTING SERVICES ON THE PORTAL WILL SAVE TIME AND MONEY FOR THE COMMON MAN

Deputy Commissioner Mr. B. Srinivasan appealed to the residents of the district to lodge any grievance on the new grievance redressal portal of Punjab Government www.connect.punjab.gov.in This portal has been launched by the state government to ensure timely resolution of issues and grievances related to the general public.

Disclosing this here today the Deputy Commissioner said that the main objective of this portal was to ensure that all the issues and grievances of the general public were resolved at the earliest on a single digital platform by all the departments of the Punjab government. He said that immediate action would be taken against the negligent departments as per the rules and regulations.
Deputy Commissioner Mr. B. Srinivasan said that this portal was committed to address the grievances of every citizen of the district on priority basis on this website. He said that this portal would act as a central portal where all kinds of complaints could be lodged.
