2319 Corona victims return home after recovery
Total 44066 samples taken so far in the district

The Deputy Commissioner of the district, Shri.Srinivasan said that so far 44066 samples have been taken in the district under COVID-19, out of which a total of 3902 positive cases have been reported, out of which 2319 corona victims have recovered and returned to their homes. A total of 1021 cases are active in the district and 495 cases have been shifted to other districts besides 67 Corona affected persons have died in the district so far.
The Deputy Commissioner further said that in the last 24 hours, 100positive, 360 negative and 87 corona patients returned home after recovery.
